The details
With an opulent and indulgent Victorian aesthetic, these apartments feature countless original architectural details. Capturing a timeless grandeur, the apartment’s unique quirks and beautiful eccentricities have been lovingly restored. Not only harking back, but forwards too the apartment juxtaposes a large freestanding shower against a beautifully crafted maxi-bar with timber, brass and metal finishes. Bringing together striking colours and sumptuous textures through rich dark walls and original wood panelling meeting leather floors, these apartments connect the building’s charming exterior façade with the interiors. Framing the bed is a William Morris patterned and textured backlit wall feature, flanked by marbled moulin noir bedsides. Filled with natural light, courtesy of large sash Victorian windows, these Luxury Apartments offer views over Denmark Street, creating a mood as inviting as it is bold.
The apartment’s 55-inch screen complement the sound system courtesy of world-respected audio manufacturers Void and Artcoustic, touching the imagination of similar spirited music lovers. Featuring their own private entrance these apartments bring charm and playfulness to a street known for creative expression. As well sitting above The Lower Third, once the famed 12 Bar Club where the likes of Adele, Jamie T, Keane and countless others have all played - these apartments bring provenance, charm and more than a few hidden secrets.
A few of our listed buildings have original staircases while some apartments feature narrow and short door heights – which have been retained and restored due to their heritage status. That said, we appreciate this may be restrictive to some, so please do let us know if you’d like further information.

The bathroom amenities have been created from a partnership with Soapsmith, who have been making scents of London since 2012. Celebrating the street as a scene for musical discovery, creative expression and alluring rebellion.
